"There is an urgent emergency for next-generation multiple access (NGMA) schemes to address the growing demands for our society by providing new services and practical scenarios to enhance our daily lives. The development of NGMA schemes is accelerating in terms of formulating capability objectives for the next-generation era and investigating state-of-art, promising, and tractable technology that may become part of the next-generation wireless communication systems in the future.
